Civic Action Ministry

Oak Ridge Missionary Baptist Church’s Civic Action Ministry exists to help our church and community stay informed, engaged, and empowered. Grounded in faith and guided by Jesus’ call to serve our neighbors, we share timely, practical information on voter registration, elections, legislative issues, and community resources—such as tax rebates and other programs that support families. Our goal is to uplift the community through knowledge, encourage responsible civic involvement, and help our members make informed decisions that reflect justice, compassion, and good stewardship.
